Overview:
As the Senior Enterprise BI Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights at National Debt Relief. This role is essential in providing rapid, accurate reporting and analysis while acting as a consultative partner to the business. You will be responsible for creating and implementing analytical solutions that align with NDR's business goals while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineering, and analytics teams to prioritize data initiatives and enhance the overall data strategy. As NDR builds out a cloud data warehouse and implements an enterprise business intelligence platform, you will help lead the migration of the reporting layer to the new BI platform, build out new reporting capabilities, and upskill the team in SQL and other technical skills as a senior analyst lead
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor analysts to deliver high-quality, automated reporting and analysis.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the analytics team.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, hypotheses, and problem statements, acting as a consultative partner to refine reporting and analysis requirements.
- Become an expert on business processes and priorities to create analytical solutions the enable rapid, accurate, data-driven decisions to grow revenue, increase efficiencies, and provide the optimal client experience.
- Liaise with business units to define and standardize business KPIs and ensure they align with strategic goals.
- Oversee the implementation and management of dashboards and analytics data sets in the reporting tool, ensuring the analytics platform is maintained, monitored for utilization, and access is appropriately managed.
- Improve the speed and performance of dashboards and reports while continuously monitoring and improving analytics processes.
- Implement best practices for data governance, security, and quality management.
- Collaborate with data engineering team and analytics engineers for seamless data integration and provide training and support to business users on analytics tools and data utilization.
- Upskill the team in SQL and other technical skills.
- Become the expert in the chosen enterprise BI platform.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of reporting infrastructure.
Qualifications:
NDR role qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field as a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce CRMA preferred.
- Experience in financial services or a related industry preferred.
- Strong consultative skills and business acumen with the ability to explore business requests and uncover underlying needs.
- Expertise in BI platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, or similar. Sigma preferred.
- Experience with data integration, transformation, and visualization.
- Proficient in SQL, with experience coaching analysts on data best practices.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Azure, Redshift, or GCP.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.
- Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Compensation Information:
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $97,000 to $117,500
