Overview:

Position: Marketing Coordinator

 

Location: Remote- Must be able to work PST hours.

 

Salary Range: $45-55k

 

Position Summary:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Field Marketing team, dedicated to supporting Loan Officers through a variety of tasks. You will facilitate new hire onboarding and collaborate on the development and execution of marketing projects across digital, print, and social media platforms. This role involves managing a variety of projects simultaneously, ensuring each is delivered on time and to a high standard. Additionally, you will analyze existing and future projects and provide administrative support as needed. This is a remote position, with a focus on internal communications and new hire onboarding to bolster our nationwide company expansion.

  • Coordinate marketing requests from stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and campaigns through internal and external collaboration.
  • Manage the marketing onboarding for new hires, providing resources, training, and exceptional support for a smooth transition.
  • Execute various marketing tasks, including social media design, print design, email campaigns, and event support.
  • Support graphic designers with design overflow and template changes.
  • CRM assistance with databases, content and campaigns.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to meet project deadlines.

 

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to present to medium sized groups on regular basis.
  • Experience with marketing methodologies and event planning.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Thorough knowledge of top social media platforms
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Canva or Adobe suite programs highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and department performance standards.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a fast-paced workflow.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Desired Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience working in the mortgage industry advantageous.
