Funciones:
Realizar soporte de aplicaciones N1.
Realizar levantamiento de información de requerimientos.
Escalar con los proveedores de alas aplicaciones.
Realizar acompañamiento a los proveedores.
Realizar informes de los casos resueltos.
Proponer mejoras en las aplicaciones administradas.
Documentar los procesos de atención.

Requisitos:
Formación universitaria o técnica en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afínes.
2 años de experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones frontend (Desarrolladas en .NET).
Conocimientos en .NET (administración).
Conocimientos en Base de datos SQL (queries, administración básica).
Conocimiento de herramientas de control remoto.
Conocimiento en Power Automate.
Conocimiento de Sharepoint.
