We are seeking an entry-level Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the fast-paced digital advertising industry. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support: Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our DSP, reporting systems, and booking platforms.
- Resolve technical problems: Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service: Communicate effectively with clients to address their technical needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Document solutions: Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions to build a knowledge base.
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with engineering, product, and account management teams to address complex technical challenges.
- Utilize SQL: Develop or apply SQL knowledge to query databases and assist in troubleshooting reporting issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations: Provide after-hours support as needed to address urgent client needs.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree or a related field experience (or equivalent experience).
- Basic SQL knowledge: Ability to write or learn SQL queries for troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with digital advertising technologies: Knowledge of DSPs, booking systems, or reporting platforms is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients clearly.
- Attention to detail: Strong organizational skills for documentation and issue tracking.
- On-call availability: Willingness to participate in after-hours support rotations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a technical support role, particularly within the digital advertising industry.
- Advanced SQL skills for database troubleshooting.
- Understanding of programmatic advertising and DSP operations.
