As a Product Manager for Femia, our women’s health app, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the product’s success by validating hypotheses and developing effective strategies. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing team and requires a strong grasp of product metrics such as unit economics, retention, and lifetime value (LTV). Your expertise will contribute to driving user engagement and delivering meaningful value to our audience. Responsibilities
Market & Customer Discovery
Continuously analyze competitors to uncover new product ideas and monetization strategies
Actively monitor market trends and customer behaviors to identify opportunities that align with business objectives
Integrated Product Development
Seamlessly combine defining detailed requirements, developing and maintaining a product roadmap, and leading the development of core features from concept through to launch
Prioritize initiatives based on data insights and a deep understanding of business needs to balance customer satisfaction with organizational goals
Data-Driven Optimization
Monitor and optimize user funnels, assess feature performance, and track product KPIs
Design and execute experiments, including A/B tests, to validate product hypotheses and iterate based on results
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead collaborative efforts with Development, QA, Design, and Content teams to ensure alignment on UX, design, technical requirements, and overall product vision
Foster seamless communication and alignment across all teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality features
Professional Qualities
3+ years as a Product Manager with a strong focus on mobile applications and successful product deliveries
Proficient in leveraging product metrics (LTV, Churn, Retention, Conversions), conducting A/B tests, and applying Unit Economics
Skilled in recurrent Customer Discovery to gather actionable insights and align products with user needs
Experienced in managing cross-functional teams, aligning on requirements, and driving seamless execution
Strong ability to structure and present information clearly to stakeholders
At least Upper-intermediate level of English
Will Be a Plus
Experience with chatbot technology and conversational interfaces
Background in content creation or media-related projects
Familiarity with the Health & Med industry
Experience with AI/ML-driven products
Strong analytical skills, preferably with a background in Data Science
