ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
NP Digital Canada is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Manager, Digital Analytics & Marketing Operations to elevate our data-driven approach and support the expansion of our Canadian business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in digital analytics, data quality enhancement, and marketing technology, who can translate complex insights into actionable strategies.
As the Senior Manager, Digital Analytics & Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for defining and executing an analytical strategy that advances our web analytics capabilities and ensures web data quality. This includes developing and documenting internal processes for analytics tagging, implementation, quality assurance, and reporting, all while identifying continuous improvement opportunities. You will lead audits on digital insights implementations and ensure accurate, reliable data integration across web and mobile platforms, supporting our broader marketing efforts.
This is an opportunity to lead with innovation, supporting both client and internal strategy, and bringing forward-thinking approaches in digital analytics, marketing operations, and Martech, with an eye on where the industry is heading. Candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Canada. Light travel to Toronto expected.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Analytics:
- Define the analytical strategy and roadmap for improving web data quality, advancing web analytics capabilities, and leading initiatives to elevate analytics to an industry-leading standard.
- Develop and document internal processes for all aspects of analytics tagging, implementation, QA, and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Conduct audits of digital insights implementation, identifying areas for improvement in data structure and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure seamless data integration from websites and apps into our analytics report suites, dashboards, and other marketing platforms.
- Lead efforts to enhance analytics effectiveness, focusing on executive dashboards, KPIs, funnel analysis, and function-specific reports.
- Cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor for analytics, business insights, site changes, and new initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure they understand the valuable data available to them, driving insights and informed reporting. Support them with all web analytics-related requests.
- Lead A/B strategy and implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and testing requirements, measuring outcomes, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Communicate insights clearly and professionally, providing actionable recommendations to diverse audiences and articulating next steps.
