The Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Lead France to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving Logitech’s success within one of our most significant markets. Reporting to the Head of West Europe, this position is responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with Logitech’s largest Key Retail customers across France, while spearheading strategic initiatives that contribute to our outstanding growth.

As Retail Lead France, your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking full accountability for the performance of large Retail and Omnichannel accounts in France, meeting and exceeding strategic objectives.
  • Establishing and nurturing productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinating the involvement of Logitech personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to foster a customer-centric, collaborative, and results-driven culture.
  • Driving business growth by identifying and accelerating opportunities within key channels and customer portfolios.
  • Successfully launching and implementing new product categories and initiatives, coordinating country campaigns with selected accounts, and executing them with precision.
  • Leading joint company-strategic account planning processes to define mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and key milestones.
  • Creating and monitoring quarterly key metrics, activity, and execution plans.
  • Measuring and reporting campaign results to manage the execution of agreed activities effectively.
  • Establishing an efficient forecast process to ensure predictable revenue growth.
  • Managing budgets per partner/account and controlling ROI to optimize performance.
  • Anticipating market trends to develop and deliver innovative, relevant customer solutions.
  • Leading, managing, and developing a team, including Retail Field Sales organization and support functions.
  • Setting and implementing KBIs (Key Business Indicators) to drive in-store and online execution.
  • Representing Logitech as a Brand Ambassador.

Your Skills:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Extensive senior Account Management experience with a proven track record in consumer electronics, IT, or FMCG.
  • Deep knowledge of the French retail landscape.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical, structured, and solutions-oriented mindset with strong drive and motivation.
  • Excellent communication and strategic relationship-building skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyse ROI effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with in-store execution and field sales management.
  • Proven team leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop others.
  • Broad knowledge of marketing tools and their applications.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage and coordinate complex projects.
