We are seeking a creative, fast-moving Software Engineer with rapid prototyping expertise to join our Innovation Team here at Sympower. This new group focuses on building quick, functional proof-of-concept solutions for testing new value propositions with our customers.
You'll need to be comfortable with rapidly experimenting, iterating, and hacking together proof-of-concepts to solve problems, collect feedback, and drive decision-making.

What you will do
Champion and demonstrate engineering excellence, foster innovation, and encourage risk-taking, all while supporting Sympower's future strategy
Quickly develop prototypes and proof-of-concept applications
Collaborate with different teams with the company and customers to validate ideas, concepts, and solutions
