The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced gaming professional to lead our global online poker operations team. This senior position will oversee multiple poker room managers, develop strategic initiatives, and drive the growth of our online poker division while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute strategic plans for poker operations across multiple markets
• Set KPIs and performance targets for regional poker room managers
• Lead a team of up to 10-15 poker room managers and support staff
• Drive innovation in game offerings and player experience

Business Operations

• Oversee multi-million dollar poker operation budget
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures
• Coordinate with marketing, tech, and compliance departments
• Optimize revenue through tournament scheduling and cash game offering

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and develop poker room managers
• Create career development paths for team members
• Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation

• Experience with multiple gaming platforms and providers
• International gaming market experience
• Network of industry contacts

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years experience in online gaming, with at least 3 years in senior management
• Proven track record of managing large-scale poker operations
• Strong understanding of poker ecosystem and player psychology
• Proficiency in poker room management software
• Understanding of poker algorithms and random number generation
• Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools
• Familiarity with CRM systems and player management tools
