The Role

We're on the hunt for an outstanding Lead Developer to oversee the full development of our client's application, ensuring top-tier quality and functionality. This role demands a highly skilled backend developer with expertise in NodeJS, TypeScript, Postgres, OpenSearch, and AWS, coupled with strong leadership abilities to guide and align cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and designers.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of the application, ensuring high performance and scalability
• Build and maintain robust backend systems using NodeJS, TypeScript, Postgres, and OpenSearch
• Optimize and integrate AWS services for seamless cloud operations
• Inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration
• Uphold high code quality standards, establish best practices, and maintain thorough documentation
• Identify and solve challenges with innovative and efficient solutions
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align development efforts with company objectives and ensure successful delivery

What You Bring to the Table

• 7+ years of development experience, with 2-3 years in a lead role managing end-to-end projects
• Proficient in NodeJS and TypeScript for backend development
• Strong knowledge of Postgres database design and optimization
• Experience with OpenSearch or similar search technologies
• Familiarity with AWS services for deployment and management
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and align teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and shared goals
• Strong problem-solving ability to address complex technical and strategic challenges
• Energetic and positive personality, bringing enthusiasm and resilience to the team
• Experience in the crypto space, familiarity with trading platforms, Solana, and memecoin trading, as well as CI/CD workflows and development tools
