Title: Manager – Sales Transformation & Automation
Summary:
The position will be based out of Hershey HO Mumbai, where the person would be responsible to develop a clear understanding of "Where to Play" & "How to Win" for GTM transformation, plan execution , track & deliver KPIs. As an automation manager you will be the whole and sole for all SFA executions + the additional projects that come your way on the automation front. Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear understanding of "Where to Play" & "How to Win" for GTM Transformation
- Own the transformation agenda and ensure delivery of KPIs
- Action the "How To Win" across Retail Environments & Channels & ensure delivery by Branches
- Identify issue areas in the execution of Transformation KPIs, develop hypothesis, find solutions and make course corrections
- Pilot Test key initiatives, analyze results and make recommendations
- Work on the GTM Transformation Analytics, Planning and Dashboard
- Ensure effective and efficient use of Budgets basis the plans closed on Transformation
- Build commerciality of plans by periodically measuring ROI
- Present a monthly update (Sales Analyst Report) to the Leadership Team on the Transformation Agenda
- Keep close interaction and build rapport across Sales Organization & key stakeholders
- Supervise Sales Automation Projects on SFA And DMS. Enable smooth operation by partnering effectively with Vendor, IS Team and Sales. Initiate Business enabling projects and models to support sales effectiveness. Manage Business requirement document for all Projects & tracking end to end project progress as per delivery plan by performing required testing and UAT before it is available to users.
- Ensure BAU processes are running smoothly & issues are resolved as per TAT. Conduct quarterly surveys with the relevant stakeholders to identify improvement areas & drive Sales IT NPS score.
- Implement best practices from across the industry and explore new trends in Sales Tech with suitable use cases relevant for the business.
- Work with Field and IS Team to identify the needs for custom dashboards, build it internally/local vendors, drive governance on daily usage and reviews. Custodian of data accuracy and driving usage of Sales analytics dashboard on power BI.
- Represent Sales/CoE in Analytics and Automation CFT and value add on diverse projects being driven towards completion.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: MBA, Premier B school are preferred
Experience: Strong analytical, PowerPoint, Excel skills, FMCG Sales, Sales Development and head office background is preferred.
Must have an experience of minimum 5-6 years
