Who we are
Attentive is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join Attentive’s legal team. A successful candidate should have superb legal experience and strong business judgment. They will help structure, draft, and review Attentive’s software agreements with customers and contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. They will work closely with our revenue, marketing, finance, people, and product teams.
Why Attentive needs you Structure, draft, and review SaaS agreements with clients and contracts with strategic partners, vendors and service providersWork closely with internal business teams to identify, investigate, and manage legal risk across a wide range of product, marketing, and business initiativesManage Attentive's software contracts, and engage in customer-facing communication regarding our contractsHelp formulate legal policy and process across the organization as it matures and growsRemain knowledgeable on relevant industry and privacy laws and regulations About youJuris Doctor degree and qualified to practice law in-house in New York or the state where you liveAt least three (3) years of legal experience, preferably at or representing successful, high-growth venture-backed companies Experience in drafting and negotiating SaaS and other technology agreements – either in-house or on behalf of a clientAble to provide legally sound, pragmatic and practical recommendations under tight deadlinesA strong “business-friendly” style that comes with an understanding that the Legal team’s primary purpose is to support the growth and success of the businessEnthusiastic, flexible and energetic with a results-oriented mindset TCPA compliance/marketing experience is a plus but not requiredYou'll get competitive perks and benefits, from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.
For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $180,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
