Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
Summary: The Production Specialist is responsible for managing and tracking all tasks, requests and information associated with all APM serviced wholesale lenders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and track all incoming Wholesale requests
• Research like products and educate requesting branches on options to limit additional wholesale lenders
• Process broker applications, gathering documents
• Identify trends of branches being added to existing wholesale lenders
• Generate monthly trend & analysis reporting based on brokered volume
• Manage, process, and communicate annual renewal outcomes for existing lender that we recertify with
• Manage and update all wholesale lender related information on the HUB to ensure branches have updated lender and contact information
• Maintain niche product matrix for all approved wholesale lenders
• Run OB pricing on any brokered loan entered into Encompass (alert will be sent) to identify the cost to keep that loan in house and present options to the LO & Branch Manager
• Maintain Smartsheet to identify each scenario run and develop trends on lender pricing
• Assist with pricing scenarios for Save A Deal loans and assist with the incoming requests
• Maintain, coordinate and update training material for all approved Wholesale Lenders on the HUB

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2-years mortgage industry experience. Secondary marketing, pricing knowledge a plus
Skills:
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents and writes routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers/vendors or other employees.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
