Graphic Designer

Schedule: 20 hours per week, ability to work between 12pm - 4pm San Diego, CA Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating high-quality offering packages and editing aerial photos to highlight property features and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and format offering packages using Adobe InDesign, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and client needs.
  
• Edit and enhance aerial photographs to visually highlight key property attributes and surrounding features.
  
• Collaborate with brokers, analysts, and marketing team members to deliver visually impactful materials on tight deadlines.
  
• Maintain organized files and templates for consistent and efficient design processes.
  

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and experience in creating print and digital materials.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with the ability to edit and enhance photographs, particularly aerial images.
  
• Strong skills in photo editing and layout design.
  
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  
• Previous experience in commercial real estate or a similar field is a plus but not required.
