Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
Contract: Independent Contractor
Mostly flexible but needs to be available when I am ready to work.
Most likely Monday - Thursday from 10am- 4pm EST

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in brainstorming and idea generation for business strategies and content

  • Create and manage content for 20-30 service pages on the company website

  • Manage day-to-day operations of social media profiles (X, Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Schedule and post content across various social media platforms

  • Engage with followers through comments, likes, and direct messages

  • Adapt existing content using AI tools like ChatGPT to create unique material

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms

  • Familiarity with content creation and copywriting

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus

  • Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is preferred

Scope:

  • Create and manage content for multiple social media platforms

  • Develop website content for various med spa services

  • Engage in real-time discussions with the business owner for idea generation

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to appointments and customer service
