This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM Toronto ON Time with 1 unpaid hour from 12Pm to 1Pm

Job Description

As an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller, you’ll be the vital link connecting our client’s transformative CRM and transaction software with non-profit organizations across North America. This role demands a unique blend of tech-savvy communication skills and a passion for social impact. You’ll engage with non-profit managers daily, articulating how our software can revolutionize their fundraising efforts and operational processes. Your ability to understand and convey complex data management and financial concepts will be crucial in setting up qualified appointments for the sales team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow in the tech industry while contributing to meaningful causes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100-120 high-quality cold calls daily to non-profit organizations
  • Articulate the benefits of our CRM and transaction software to potential clients
  • Master product knowledge, including detailed features and their applications in the non-profit sector
  • Utilize HubSpot and other CRM tools to manage prospects and schedule follow-ups
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for booked and attended appointments
  • Provide insightful feedback on prospect interactions to refine sales strategies
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments
Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence
  • Quick learner with strong memorization abilities for complex product information
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain basic data management and financial concepts
  • Experience with or aptitude to quickly learn CRM tools, particularly HubSpot
  • Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilience and positive attitude, essential for high-volume outreach
  • Basic understanding of the non-profit sector (preferred)
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and sales techniques
