Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
• Full-time
• Permanent work from home
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am to 6:00pm AEST
• HMO coverage
• Performance-based incentives

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters and best practices
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure the company's compliance framework remains up-to-date
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate compliance controls into business processes
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and represent the company during regulatory examinations and inquiries

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in a compliance leadership role within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
