monday.com is looking for a Program and Operations lead to join the marketing management team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strategic business mindset, the ability to dive into tactical aspects quickly and balance a high-level view with attention to minor details. They will also have experience in program management, leading cross-functional complex projects, and be “hands-on” in all program aspects.


About The Role

  • Strategic Enablement: Serve as a focal point for all marketing management initiatives, turning strategic vision into actionable plans for business success.
  • Business Ownership: Oversee the business objectives of our Marketing functions, ensuring their alignment with our overarching department, and when appropriate, company goals. 
  • Key Deliverable Project Management: Drive risk and change management processes, OKRs, QBRs,Board meetings,presentations,  reporting, and escalations.
  • Cross-functional Partnership: Facilitate collaborations between functions, effectively breaking down silos and driving organizational efficiencies.
  • Rapid Assimilation: Continuously update your understanding of our evolving business landscape, in order to swiftly adapt and align business operations.
  • Effective Communication: Foster open and transparent dialogue between leadership and stakeholders, encouraging input from all levels of the organization.
  • Insight-driven Recommendations: Leverage your analytical acumen to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that steer strategic decision-making.
  • Vision Implementation: Translate our vision and strategy into a practical roadmap that guides the operations of both the People and Legal departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-company programs, preferably with large global software organizations
  • Experience as a team lead in a hi-tech company - advantage ת
  • Strong methodological thinking, and familiarity with program management best practices- Must.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, that allow you to engage and align the organization across functions at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and ability to dive into technical aspects quickly
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management - high advantage
