Job description

Work Flexibility: Remote

In this role, you will be responsible for providing system expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Customer Solutions use of the Salesforce CRM Platform.  You will partner with IT, subject matter experts, and business process owners in conducting data analysis to ensure accurate documentation of business requirements and functional designs to align with defined ROIs and success criteria.  The position will be responsible for escalating issues as well as managing system enhancements and the development of new functionality.  You will also work with IT resources to support and resolve user issues, translate business requirements to functional requirements to design system capabilities, while leveraging best practices.

What You Will Do

  • Own business support for aspects of the CRM ecosystem: responsible for the overall results in planning, requirements gathering, functional design, testing/validation, and deployment of business sponsored system enhancements, projects, and issue resolutions 

  • Ensure complete documentation of user stories (business requirements) and functional designs to align with defined business ROIs and success criteria 

  • Advise on business process change management when developing new functionality   

  • Partner with business function SMEs to gather capability requirements and set prioritizations 

  • Coordinate with technical counterparts on system enhancements and reported incidents – accountable for timely and accurate delivery 

  • Deliver system enhancements and projects as well as stay up to date on CRM platform upgrades 

  • Ensure the quality and data integrity of operational CRM systems  

  • Assist with Regression testing and stay connected to divisional and global CRM launches  

What you need

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree  in Management Information Systems, IT, Business Operations or related field

  • 2+  years of professional experience  

Preferred

  • Salesforce Admin certification  

  • Experience of working in CRM, ERP and Business Applications

  • Experience with process mapping

  • Experience in understanding, evaluating and recommending changes to business processes

$67,400 - $136,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
