The role we are offering you:
By joining our Hardware Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to design, configure and manage the development of cost-effective hardware solutions that meet client requirements. Are you ready to:
Work on a team responsible for electrical design, conditioning and support of electrical systems for the fight simulator cockpit
Participate in the analysis of drawings, specifications and requirements for internal and external clients
Help define the configuration of simulator materials and develop bills of material, wiring diagrams, and schematics of the electrical system necessary to run the equipment in a simulation environment
Participate in design activities led between various engineering and production groups
Define and prepare documentation and technical drawings related to simulated instruments and panels
Find technical solutions to meet project requirements
Our ideal candidate has:
Knowledge of electrical engineering concepts
Practical knowledge of CAD systems and word processing and spreadsheet software
Good technical writing and communication skills
Ability to manage priorities in a context of multiple and complex deliveries
Bilingualism
Experience with E2A, SEE Electrical, Powerdraft an asset
Preferred Education
Location of the internship is Montreal/ Côte-de-liesse.
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 12 weeks.
