We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workday Technical Analyst to join our dynamic Workday product team here at Fortrea. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday integrations, strong technical skills, and a deep understanding of integration best practices.  Overall, they will act as the technical liaison between the product team and stakeholders, to deliver value and meet business objectives. 

Summary of Responsibilities: 

  • Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and other integration tools. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements, analyze business processes, and propose effective solutions. 

  • Ensure integrations are scalable, efficient, and comply with security and data privacy standards. 

  • Monitor integrations for performance issues, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. 

  • Document integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps; provide training and support to end-users as needed. 

  • Stay current with Workday updates and new integration capabilities; evaluate and implement new features to improve integration efficiencies. 

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations. 

Qualifications (Minimum Required): 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field. 

  • Workday Pro Certification in Integrations or other relevant modules preferred. 

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Workday Integration Analyst or similar role. 

  • Strong understanding of integration design patterns & concepts. 

  • Ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and implement them within Workday. 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines. 

  • Experience in middleware & integrations platforms is required. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and design innovative product solutions. 

  • Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements. 

Experience (Minimum Required):   

  • At least 4 years of experience in an analyst, BRM or development role 

  • Prior experience in IT project management, product management, business analysis, or software development. 

  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and IT technologies for the related functional area. 

  • Advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Power Point). 

Preferred Qualifications Include: 

  • Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field. 

  • Experience in a Clinical Research Organization or healthcare-related industry.
