Job description

iSchool, a leading e-learning company focused on providing coding and artificial intelligence lessons to students aged 6 to 18, is seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist at iSchool, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting the human resources function of our growing organization. From talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and initiatives in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.


Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
  • Execute effective onboarding and orientation procedures for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Provide guidance and support to supervisors and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct performance management activities, including performance appraisals and employee feedback sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and grievance procedures.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, employee engagement, and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Working knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
