Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions based on business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application and system needs.
Implement and manage scalable, high-performance cloud environments.
Optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency.
Ensure security and compliance standards are maintained in cloud environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services and applications.
Implement and automate cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and best practices.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Cloud Computing Engineer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
Strong understanding of networking concepts in cloud environments.
Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in cloud computing.
Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).
Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of hybrid cloud solutions.
Familiarity with DevOps practices.
Continuous integration and deployment experience.
