ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Marketing Manager will be a critical link between marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams. They will be a pivotal contributor to the PatientIQ brand and product messaging, helping to develop the voice of PatientIQ continually. The right candidate will be a highly professional, highly analytical, highly driven self-starter excited about B2B marketing, with a background in marketing, product management, communications, sales enablement, customer/account management, and content development.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the product team and cross-functionally on go-to-market strategy. Be responsible for downstream marketing elements, including the packaging and positioning of PatientIQ's solutions
  • Lead product messaging and positioning and craft the overall story with product management that is both relevant, compelling, and differentiating in the market
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to execute go-to-market and growth campaigns to lift brand awareness and drive demand generation
  • Create and maintain thoughtful buyer and user personas through market research, leveraging them to create resonant marketing and sales enablement
  • Create compelling stories through PowerPoint presentations, speaking proposals, customer interviews, and collateral
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify critical differentiators and new opportunities. Maintain up-to-date competitive information for commercial team
  • Develop and maintain product education and training

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B healthcare or health technology
  • Experience in product branding, messaging, positioning, targeting, and product launches
  • Experience in building go-to-market strategy & outbound marketing
  • Experience marketing SaaS or other subscription-based products
  • A track record of working well with marketing, product management, and sales teams to build cohesive end-to-end go-to-market strategies and campaign plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams
