Skills and Competencies

Education
Minimum of Undergraduate / First Level degree (or equivalent)
Responsibilities
The Associate / Relationship Management works closely with experienced Sales and Relationship Managers to increase mandates and revenue in their assigned regions/line of business.
- Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA region
- Part of a team that provides crucial sales support to ensure premium delivery of customer service
- Prepare materials for customer meetings and support meeting follow ups.
- Complete sales process admin in Salesforce • Research and market intelligence
- Support promoting Moody’s ESG offering and thought leadership in the sustainable finance market
- Provide event/conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach
- Direct customer interaction • Work closely with key internal stakeholders e.g. Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Billing/Collections team
- Actively contribute to special projects and ad-hoc initiatives/campaigns
- Support and train other team members and new joiners
About the team
The Sales Support Team is part of Relationship Management Team within the Commercial Business sector, operates from both Vilnius and London. This dynamic team collaborates closely with Relationship Managers spread across the EMEA region, who are situated in various locations and time zones. By doing so, the Sales Support Team not only enhances the efficiency of the Relationship Managers but also gains the unique opportunity to work directly with customers, engage with different business lines, and contribute to internal projects. This arrangement fosters a rich environment for cross-functional collaboration and professional growth, placing the team at the heart of the company's customer engagement strategy.

Annual base salary gross: 19,300 EUR to 31,100 EUR . Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
