Performance Marketing Manager -Italian speaking

Reporting to: Global Head of Performance Marketing
Location: Madrid


As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing the performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in Italy. This role also involves tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics and optimizing to meet conversion KPIs.

You will collaborate closely with the local country teams as well as central marketing teams for having the best in class campaigns, with a high focus on efficiency and growth – across all relevant paid media channels, including but not limited to: Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and YouTube


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and development of the overall paid media strategy and day to day implementation of campaigns across: Paid search and Paid Social.

  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance across various platforms to balance various KPIs, such as CPA, volume, and ROI.

  • Reviewing performance with wider teams to ensure learnings are shared and new techniques are being trialled

  • Performance forecasting and analysis: Make data-informed decisions to enhance performance marketing strategies.

  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with local and central marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

    • Liaise with local country teams on central global campaigns and country-specific plans, including sharing best practices, strategies and customer insights

  • Test & learn: Continuously test new creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to meet and surpass target KPIs.
