Sweep is hiring a Product Manager to help us grow our sustainability data management platform.

Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?
At Sweep, product development is a highly collaborative effort between engineering, design and our customer-facing teams. From articulating ideas to shipping them as final product features, you’ll actively contribute to the roadmap and its execution, and keep every stakeholders aligned through clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the definition and communication of the product vision and strategy, making sure it remains aligned with the company's overall goals and market needs.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Gather and define product requirements, creating detailed specifications and user stories to guide the development process.
- Track product performance metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize the product.
- Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes, managing expectations and securing necessary buy-in and support.
- Identify and socialize improvements to our ways of working within and outside of the Product organisation.

Qualifications 🏆
The ideal candidate would check most of the following:
- 3 years of experience in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B space
- Proficient in English, French is a bonus
- Good understanding of user research principles and technical requirements elicitation
- Experience in animating of ideation workshops with internal or external audience
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams

This is a full-time position based in one of our hubs (London, Paris or Montpellier). Although there are job openings in both countries, only one position is available.
