Assistant Data Specialist - Ownership Information
Role & Responsibilities
This role is responsible for maintaining, documenting and improving databases that are made available online to subscribers, and for responding to and assisting clients with their data-related requests. You will be assigned a geographical coverage or area of specialism where you will search and document information.
- Maintain company's historical databases that are available online to subscribers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to client requests and inquiries.
- Assist and support internal and external clients in accessing our data.
- Improve existing processes and procedures to enhance the speed and accuracy of our updates.
- Provide top quality documentation, such as internal procedures and any information regarding the collection methods, definitions, and frequently asked questions for an economic or demographic statistic (indicator).
- Stay informed about the latest in data collection and verification technologies, exploring new data sources, and refining data verification and integration processes for enhanced efficiency
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Native French speakers with excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of another language will be a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
- Good organization verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take the initiative when necessary.
Annual base salary gross: €36,400.00 to €58,200.00. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
