About the Role

The client is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (Social Media) with exceptional design skills and strategic expertise in social media marketing. This is not just a production role—it’s a leadership opportunity for someone who will take full creative ownership of our brand & visual and social media identity. The ideal candidate is not only an outstanding graphic designer with a keen eye for aesthetics but also a social media expert who understands the intricacies of audience engagement, content strategy, and analytics. You will lead creative efforts across digital platforms and work closely with other team members to drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong visual identity for our brand, ensuring consistent and compelling design across all channels.

What you’ll do

Creative Leadership:

  • Define and lead the visual identity of the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence.

  • Set the creative direction for campaigns, product launches, and ongoing content, pushing the boundaries of innovative design and storytelling.

High-Level Graphic Design:

  • Create world-class visuals for branding, packaging, digital assets, website content, and marketing materials.

  • Design engaging social media posts, stories, reels, and video thumbnails that inspire and captivate audiences.

  • Ensure visual consistency across all materials, from social media content to email campaigns and beyond.

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand goals and drives audience engagement.

  • Create and curate a content calendar featuring posts, reels, stories, and videos tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.

  •  Identify growth opportunities on social media and lead experiments to drive engagement and audience growth.

  •  Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and other partners to expand the brand’s reach and visibility.

Short-Form Video Content Creation:

  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality short-form video content (reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes footage) that tells our brand story and highlights our products.

 Trend Awareness & Innovation:

  • Stay at the forefront of social media and design trends, bringing new ideas to the table to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market shifts, identifying opportunities for creative differentiation.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Director to align on campaign goals, audience insights, and analytics.

  •  Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, freelancers, or collaborators when needed.

Data-Driven Optimization:

  • Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and visuals, iterating on strategies to improve performance.
