Minimum 2.5 years relevant experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with Procore, safety system Buildpass and DocuSign software

Core responsibilities:

Draft and administer subcontract tender packages.

Generate and dispatch purchase orders as needed.

Evaluate and synthesize quotations for review and formulation of subcontracts.

Perform data entry tasks for invoices, progress claims, and reconcile with orders/subcontracts.

Manage budget data and generate reports as necessary.

Conduct in-depth research on diverse subjects, gather pertinent information, and compile comprehensive reports tailored to client requirements.
