Your role in our mission

Hands on System administrator duties include:
• Windows OS patching
• AWS cloud administration
• AWS cloud Migration
• ESX host patching
• Windows Break-fix issues
• VMware support
• Wintel and VMware support for Multiple healthcare accounts
• Maintain physical and logical diagrams of hardware environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Develop, implement, and deploy plans for infrastructure related projects that affect the organization
• Maintain physical and logical diagrams of hardware environment
• Contact and engage OS and hardware vendors if needed
• Engage with other teams (Networking, SAN, DBAs, Backup and Restore, Disaster Recovery, Applications, Client Engineers, etc.) when there are issues

What we're looking for

• 3 years windows server 2008 and later experience
• Install and configure GPOs to manage Windows Domains
• Windows User administration
• Advanced troubleshooting skills Windows / VMware / Network

What you should expect in this role

This role requieres on call rotation for 24x7 including afterhours support
This is a fully remote position with the flexibility to work from home, and we are considering candidates from all US locations.
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
