We are looking for a Senior Product Support Business Partner - Remote

 

Your Team
The North America Product Governance Team supports and guides our business partners in product governance with US regulatory requirements in conjunction with Legal NA and US State Affairs, including preparation of rates, rules, and policy forms for filing and negotiation of approvals by US State Affairs.  Our mission is to promote consistency between LOBs related to rates, rules and forms and help navigate the North American regulatory requirements to help facilitate speed to market for any product changes.

 

The Impact You Will Have
Reporting to the Head of North America Product Governance as a Senior Product Support Business Partner, you will develop/define strategy for filing of rates, rules and forms for the North American Large Corporate LoBs.  You will also help oversee product governance functions including data calls, market conduct exam responses, new law and regulation changes, regulatory training, and matters about proper use of approved forms, rates and rules to help facilitate compliance with US and Canadian laws and regulations. 

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

  • Developing state amendatory endorsements and state specific forms.
  • Preparing rate, rule, and form filings in compliance with US state requirements.
  • Develop rating documentation tools to document rates in accordance with filed rates.
  • Facilitate LoB compliance with changes to laws, regulations, and bulletins in North America.
  • Prepare information for data calls.
  • Research and respond to requests for compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Review manuscript forms for compliance.
  • Promote Global Product initiatives in North America.
  • Manage Self-Audit programs, conduct Ad-Hoc Lob reviews, and support with LoB Business Reviews to ensure compliance with approved rate, rule, and forms.
  • Manage Projects to promote compliance with North American laws and regulations.

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Significant experience preparing rate, rule and form filings in the US;
  • A minimum of 5 years of Product related experience.
  • Experience working with Large Corporate products.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of LoB products, coverages, underwriting practices, pricing processes and coverages;
  • Basic knowledge of Commercial lines coverages including Property, Liability, Specialty and Surplus lines.
  • Experience using legal research tools to identify laws and regulations; 
  • Familiarity with ISO, AAIS and SFAA rates, rules and forms;
  • Ability to analyze highly complex data and information, from multiple sources, in detail;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Law or similar discipline preferred.

 

The annualized base pay range for this role is $113,663 - $162,313. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
