About the role

As Project Officer, you will be pivotal in driving key projects in our growing business. You’ll connect with stakeholders across various departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all tasks are completed in line with our project timelines.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Manage, monitor, and collate feedback on the progress of projects and provide status reports to stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate launch plans for new product creations across the operations team to ensure stakeholders are informed, and timelines and requirements are met.
  • Oversee the audit plan for business operations.
  • Update data on product catalogues of our product ranges.
  • Develop process documentation for the Business Support department.
  • Help with testing requirements as needed by the Operations team.
  • Assist with order entry and basic enquiry resolution when required.

 

What we're looking for

  • Intermediate IT competencies in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Prior Project Management experience essential. 
  • Deliberate and effective attention to detail, disciplined prioritizing, and time management.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and high standards.
  • An enthusiastic team player, able to work for personal and team goals.
  • Persistent with strong follow-through ability and interpersonal skills.
  • Pro-active, quality focused and can quickly and efficiently navigate across broad stakeholder platforms.
