Job description

Emerging Tech is seeking an accomplished Healthcare Recruiter to lead the recruitment of highly skilled healthcare professionals, including physicians, specialists, nurses, and allied health staff, for our Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) projects. This critical role involves ensuring that our VA facilities are staffed with exceptional medical talent dedicated to delivering unparalleled care to veterans nationwide.
As a senior recruiter, you will be a strategic partner in shaping the talent pipeline, leveraging your expertise to drive high-volume, specialized recruitment efforts. This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours, perfect for an experienced professional who thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify, engage, and hire top healthcare talent across a wide range of specialties, including cardiology, primary care, and allied health.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust network of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and project leads to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and align recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Provide a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
Compliance & Credentialing: Oversee adherence to government contracting hiring standards, including credentialing and compliance with VA, DoD, and healthcare-specific regulations.
Data-Driven Approach: Track recruitment metrics and leverage insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
Technology Integration: Utilize advanced recruitment tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and video conferencing platforms, to streamline the hiring process.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in healthcare recruitment, with expertise in high-volume and specialized clinician hiring.
- Proven experience recruiting a diverse range of clinicians, including physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
- Familiarity with government contract-specific hiring practices, including compliance standards and credentialing processes.
Communication:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting healthcare professionals for Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) projects.
Certification in healthcare recruitment (e.g., AIRS Certified Healthcare Recruiter, SHRM).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
