We are looking for a data advisor interested in sustainability who wants to be part of Tietoevry Create. Tietoevry Create is the leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life. 

We are a global team delivering comprehensive services across various business sectors. Our experienced data professionals design and implement a wide range of solutions and unifying data and processes for different operations. Our day-to-day work consists of working with customers’ data governance & information architecture.  We foster a strong culture of collaboration and mentoring, ensuring continuous learning and mastery of the latest methods and technologies.

When joining Tietoevry Create as a Data advisor

  • You’ll work with customer data owners to solve different data challenges by creating for example current state analysis, data strategy & governance, information architecture etc.

  • Be part of customers’ initiatives that can be aligned with sustainability & circularity goals, focusing on environmental, social, and governance (ESG).

  • You'll enable customers to utilize data effectively at all organizational levels, helping them make informed decisions based on data insights.

  • Join a diverse and skilled data team where continuous learning and knowledge sharing is a core part of our culture.

Who we are looking for

In order to succeed in this role, you should have:  

  • Ability to discuss with both business and technical experts to align and document technical needs with business requirements.

  • An understanding of the role of data in business processes, including how data is created, stored, and utilized to meet business requirements.

  • A keen interest in sustainability topics, such as environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and eagerness to learn more.

  • Problem-solver & dynamic mindset to understand and link topics with customers’ business processes & data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Moreover, it would be great if you have understanding on the following topics:

  • Experience from business processes from the industrial companies.

  • Understanding of data related domains and their roles – e.g. cloud data platforms, master data, business processes, integrations.

  • Insights into best practices for data governance and master data management. 

  • General understanding of public cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability or Microsoft Power Platform would be a plus.
