Presentation of the team and business activities
The missions of the communication department are :
Define a communication strategy that serves our business objectives,
Position the company externally as a leader of the market, and internally as a great place to work, reinforcing Group strategy and Group Campaigns,
Deploy external & internal communication and ensure a great customer experience,
Manage crisis to maintain reputation,
Reinforce visibility and customer trust,
Accompany the Transformation that is happening at Group level and that will deeply impact all aspects of the company (new company culture and mindset, new organization, new ways of working…).
Communication team is composed of :
Head of department (part of the CoDir)
1 person dedicated to Customer Experience
1 person dedicated to Internal Communication and External (Social Media Strategy)
1 intern who brings support for visuals, graphic design and publicity

Mission Summary:
Give support in all activities related to communication, brand and services, as well as on the development of transformation projects.
You will contribute to this mission by…
1.Internal Communication Support:
Intranet developments (contents, design control, etc)
Internal communications campaigns (institutional and department specific support)
Internal communication contents: news, events organization, etc
Videos preparation, material designs, languages translation & adaptation (Spanish & Portuguese)
2. External Communication Support:
Prepares external communication presentation, toolkits,etc
Control of public image, logos, etc
Support in the preparation of advertising materials
Support to events preparation
3. Project Management Support:
Support on transformation projects: planning, control and follow up, news and communications related to the projects
Support on the change management strategies linked to the projects
Prepares documentation, presentation, translations and news
