As a leader of the People Systems team, you will oversee the strategy, design, maintenance and integrity of our People systems and technologies. You will collaborate with the broader People Team leaders, COE’s and cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop and align efficient processes to the systems and technology that will support the growth and scale of the business.
Align People Technology strategy and processes to support the teams’ priorities.
Apply your technical experience with Workday to help solve, inform, and influence how our HR tools operate and decision making for our People technology team.
Support management on structural policy matters related to Workday and other People team systems.
Set the People Team Technology roadmap and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Stand up the right service model for change management initiatives.
Maintain data integrity in systems by regular audits and ensure Sox compliance.
Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
Ensure all HR-related systems stay coordinated with data protection laws.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Advanced Workday training in HCM, reporting, business process and security.
Strong detailed and conceptual thinking skills to analyze sophisticated problems and propose solutions despite technical and operational constraints.
A passion for automating systems & guiding teams to streamline their workflows.
Proven experience launching and driving multiple system implementations requiring change management communication.
A mind for detail—you are detail-oriented and have patience to audit and dive deep into HR data to determine patterns and check for inaccuracies.
Ability to build collaborative, trustworthy relationships across functions and geographies.
Strategic, enterprise-wide and systems thinking.

BS/BA degree and 10+ years Global HRIS experience ideally in the high-tech industry.
5+ years leading high-performing global people technology teams
Advance experience with administration and configuration of Workday
Proven experience leading the implementation of multiple modules of a global HRIS system (preferably across various platforms including Workday).
Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations to maintain optimal system performance.
PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which may include the background and experience of all applicants, which can cause your compensation to vary. PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between $140,000 - $175,000. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Also, every PTC employee also has the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder, both through its stock grant programs or its employee share purchase program which allows employees to purchase PTC stock at a discount.
