What You Will Do:
- Participate in new project kick-off meetings, providing guidance as to appropriate structure to support billing and revenue requirements, determination of proper billing and revenue formulas
- Perform timely set up of new contracts in Costpoint. This includes assignment of project number(s), set up in project and billing modules, and set up of project labor categories
- Process Modifications Requests in CostPoint
- Review complex client fee arrangements to determine appropriate project setup based in accordance with client agreement and company policy.
- Process Intercompany (IWO) project requests in CostPont system.
- Assist with any system upgrade testing to ensure that all our daily functions needed to effectively process project setups in our CostPoint system.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus 2+ years of professional experience OR 6+ years of professional experience in lieu of degree.
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
Must be detailed oriented and have strong verbal and written skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to work overtime as needed
Demonstrated proficiency in Word and Excel
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience with CostPoint Project Setups
Identify process improvements and communicate effectively with contracts manager and billing managers.
Candidates within a 50-mile radius to one of our Guidehouse Offices will be given preference.
The annual salary range for this position is $65,900.00-$98,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
