REQUIRED SERVICE: Marketing VA
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Entry to Advanced Level
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 40 hours/week
SHIFT TIME ZONE: PST
SHIFT HOURS: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday usually, but may need to report during weekends in exchange for a weekday off

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, engage customers, and drive sales.

• Create and manage email lists, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.

• Design visually appealing and responsive email templates using HTML/CSS.

• Write compelling email copy that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights.

• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content and design.

• Manage email marketing automation workflows and drip campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

Qualifications

• U.S. brand marketing experience.

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist.

• Proficient in HTML/CSS for email coding and responsive email design.

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar.)

• Strong knowledge of A/B testing strategies, segmentation, and email optimization.

• Experienced with Shopify and WordPress and have experience managing eCommerce promotions.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

• Strong written communication and collaboration skills.
