Key Responsibilities:
Financial Support:
ü Assist Finance, Accounts & Operations team in preparing MIS reports.
ü Support Import Team in preparing DA/Label Data and follow-ups.
ü Reconcile Sales & Accounts Receivable (AR), Returns to Vendor (RTV), and General Ledger (GL) with Retailers.
ü Record consignment chain sales for reporting to COE team for accounting purposes.
ü Reconcile Discounts/Offers related transactions.
ü Reporting and Compliance:
ü Prepare Weekly/Monthly Sales MIS reports.
ü File GST returns and manage GST payments.
ü Assist in GST audits and share GST payment challans.
ü Manage Customer Creation process.
Customer/Retailer Engagement:
ü Follow up on Purchase Orders (POs), escalate and track discounts, and manage customer inquiries.
ü Ensure timely deliveries and handle customer feedback.
ü Maintain customer requirement data and facilitate communication.
Inventory Management Support:
ü Oversee inventory operations including receiving, restocking, and transfers.
ü Manage inventory discrepancies and address negative SKU reporting.
ü Conduct in-store/product cycle counts accurately and on schedule.
Additional Responsibilities:
ü Handle Airport Salary Accounting and related applications.
ü Assist in Bad Debts/Provision calculations and reporting.
ü Share CTN Sales and GST collection data with Finance Head.
Requirements
Qualifications:
ü Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
ü Proven experience in accounting, sales operations, or related roles.
ü Strong proficiency in MIS reporting and Excel.
ü Knowledge of GST filing, SAP and compliance preferred.
ü Excellent communication and organizational skills.
