Job Description

PM Operations Manager

As a PM Operations Manager at Philips, you will be responsible for managing the Project Management Services of the GBS by managing business relationship with partners aimed at definition of partners’ needs (PM strategy, type of projects, PM profile), contracting and onboarding partners and managing End-to-End (E2E) PM allocation process.

You are responsible for:

  • Responsible for managing and coaching PM / PMO team.

  • Overseeing the E2E management of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder management, and adherence to quality, cost, and timeline parameters.

  • Manages projects ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives using standard E2E approach, considering KPIs such as "On time Delivery" , " Budget delivery" and "Quality of delivery."

  • Effectively prioritize and orchestrate multi-functional project teams to execute upon a plan in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Determines project risks, defines corrective action and drives the projects to closure.

  • Formulates E2E project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management; specifies the manning of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to be used

  • Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all project initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting

You are the right fit if:

  • You have 7 years+ of relevant working experience, including minimum 4 years of PMO experience in successfully setting up and managing business transformation projects/programs.

  • You poses good influencing and relationship building skills, at all levels of organization, including change management practice proved in projects managed.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent academic studies. Master's degree on Logistics, Supply Chain or Project Management is preferred.

  • PMP certificated (or equivalent) completed or soon to be completed.

  • Advanced knowledge of the English language.
