Position is for a full-time Operations Analyst to work in the corporate offices of EAH in Tarzana, CA. This is a hybrid - remote position. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. Qualified candidates are preferred to have 1-3 years of existing database, systems architect, related field work or financial analysis experience in matters related to affordable housing, housing development or project management. Software programming knowledge and Real estate industry exposure is desired. Salary range: $68,000 - $103,000 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $68,000 - $85,500 per year, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Supports EAH’s execution of real estate management, development and financial programs that drive company performance by gathering and analyzing existing and market data, identifying opportunities for improved reporting and flow of information, and performing analytical tasks that support the daily operation of the business. Responsible for assisting financial analysts in various accounting and/or financial management duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists Asset Management and Compliance Departments with budget tracking, scheduling, and setting up templates as needed. During budget season, coordinates with various departments on the
- completion and distribution of budgets. Facilitates presentation of budgets during budget meetings.
- Hands on utilization of Yardi database, SharePoint, Smartsheet, MRI, OneNote and other company
- used databases and tools to assist in creating metrics and analytical reports for existing, newly
- acquired and/or prospective projects/properties with a goal of streamlining operations and making
- useful data readily available to decision makers.
- Collaborates with appropriate department staff on applicable database design, including architecture, normalization, and database management. Databases include Yardi, Smartsheets, MRI and SharePoint.
- Ensures quality of entire database solution and templates, including administration,
- development, maintenance and troubleshooting, documentation and project files.
- Applies data modeling techniques to ensure development and maintenance of templates and solutions and support efforts meet integration and performance expectations. Updates templates and database solutions as needed.
- Supports end users through training on use of the Yardi, Smartsheet, MRI, OneNote and SharePoint databases, providing updates in staff meetings and providing ongoing application support.
- Actively participates in EAH’s Injury and Illness Prevention Plan
- Regular and predictable attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. 1-3 years of existing database, systems architect, related field work or financial analysis experience in matters related to affordable housing, housing development or project management.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS
EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer. Once you have received such an offer, you will be required to submit and pass our criminal background requirements. EAH also verifies education and employment history. If onsite housing is a requirement of the position, any household members over 18 years of age who will be living onsite with the candidate must also undergo a criminal background check and tenant screening. DRUG TESTING
EAH Housing requires all candidates who have received a conditional job offer to submit to drug testing within 72 hours from acceptance of our job offer. EAH Housing does not test for marijuana/cannabis. Satisfactory completion of drug testing is a requirement of employment with EAH.
