ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Project Implementation Specialist will deliver end-to-end digital solutions for clients, ensuring success from planning to final implementation. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and leading the development of systems and processes tailored to project needs. The position also ensures solution quality, manages risks and scope changes, and supports smooth project transitions to operations and client support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and manage project schedules and deliverables for Digital Solutions, ensuring alignment between internal teams and clients.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams in IT, Operations, and Finance to execute projects successfully.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing technical and functional requirements.
  • Develop and document specifications, functional diagrams, and technical requirements.
  • Monitor risks, resolve issues, and communicate scope changes to minimize impacts.
  • Manage government-related projects, ensuring compliance with public tender requirements.
  • Facilitate seamless project transitions to operational and support teams.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Expertise in project management, including experience with government-related projects and public tender processes.
  • Academic background in Engineering, IT Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Certifications in Project Management, such as PMP or CAPM, are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in agile and waterfall methodologies, with flexibility to navigate both.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, and Kanban.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
