Job Description

Your Mission

Join our International Sales Team as an Account Executive on the US & EMEA scope. You will play a key role in Sociabble’s growth by targeting Enterprise accounts.

Your main mission will be to prospect and engage high-level decision-makers, guiding them through a strategic and complex sales cycle, up to the closing stage. You will operate in a digital, dynamic, and friendly environment.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Maximizing opportunities generated by our SDRs, inbound leads, and tenders, while developing your own outbound strategy to bring in new opportunities (prospecting, leveraging your network).

  • Evangelizing Sociabble throughout your interactions with prospects through personalized demos, in-depth needs assessments, and strategic recommendations.

  • Negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth transition of accounts to dedicated CSMs.

  • Maintaining and expanding your prospect database using our CRM.

  • Achieving and exceeding your annual sales targets.

This position is at the heart of Sociabble and offers a great opportunity for strategic and hands-on collaboration with the SDR, Presales, Revenue Operations, Product, and CSM teams!

Qualifications

You Are Our Ideal Candidate If:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar Account Executive roles targeting Enterprise accounts in Tech (ideally SaaS) across international markets (UK, US, native English-speaking countries).

  • Outbound is second nature to you; you excel in using creativity to identify, reach, and convert your prospects into clients.

  • You have already managed long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including strategic decision-makers.

  • You possess undeniable persuasive skills and excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

  • Strongly client-oriented, you have an analytical mindset that enables you to quickly identify and act on future opportunities. You are also known for your active listening skills and ability to anticipate client needs.

  • You are fully bilingual in English. Your French (B2/C1 minimum) allows you to communicate with internal teams.

  • You are rigorous and methodical, ensuring comprehensive tracking of your deals in the CRM through to conversion.
