8625 Patient Experience

Works with the data received from various platforms and compiles and distributes said data through the creation of reports which highlight performance. Works directly with vendors to become an expert in each of the platforms that collect data and uses that knowledge to keep Kaweah Health leadership informed of patient experience rankings, percentiles, scores, service alerts, and feedback. Utilizes tools to distribute accurate and timely information that will encourage leaders to review and follow-up on patient and community feedback and will assist the Director of Patient and Community Experience in monitoring progress to increase awareness, accountability, and to identify trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training.

Experience

Required: Minimum of one year experience analyzing and summarizing data

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Understands healthcare data standards and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mentality and focus on delivering results.

Ability to balance multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and operate with patience and integrity in a high-profile and constantly evolving environment is required.

Ability to analyze and understand data and trends and deliver process improvement plans to address areas of opportunity.

Ability to leverage data to shape your team/business’ strategy, providing support and/or leadership wherever needed.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and an ability and willingness to learn new systems and programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential

Collects and aggregates data from multiple platforms.

Is the Vendor point of contact for patient experience-related data.

Meets monthly with data vendors to discuss report creation and set-up, subscription assignments, and other data requests.

If needed, coordinates ISS support/data.

Prepares reports for scores, accessibility and accountability which will be distributed and reported by the Director of Patient and Community Experience. 

Helps director measure effectiveness of service strategies.  Monitors patient satisfaction data and helps establish strategies to achieve strong scores in experience and loyalty.  Helps director set measurable and achievable goal. 

Upholds the commitment to transparency, uncovering and leveraging data to identify opportunities at Kaweah and drive evidence-based decision-making. 

Acts as an advocate for patient-centered care and drives a culture that invites patient and families to partner and participate in care and decision-making.

Assists team with patient rounding.

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and services appropriate to the population served on the assigned unit or work area.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

$25.28 -$37.92
