To conduct outreach and engage multi-family property owners, property management companies, and apartment associations to create awareness of energy savings opportunities and the availability of financial incentives through the Wisconsin Focus on Energy Program.
To be considered for this role you must be based in Milwaukee Wisconsin for daily travel in the region.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the multi family customer base
Highlight energy savings opportunities at their facilities and presenting Focus on Energy financial incentives/rebate information
Perform coordination and presentations of programs.
Work to serve as a liaison between customers and contractors to enhance program satisfaction
Work in cooperation with other energy efficiency programs to move projects forward and follow-up on leads.
Leads researching of the markets; accumulating data on businesses, and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the programs.
Identify and ensure continuous improvement of operations
