We are seeking a curious and analytical Senior Advertising Performance Manager - Enterprise to review and analyze performance of client advertising campaigns. Performance managers play an important role in providing clear return on client investment in Recovery.com, as well as building trust and developing relationships with advertisers on the Recovery.com websites.
In this role, you will be partnered with the VP of Sales and be responsible for understanding the various levers we utilize to drive admissions for our advertising partners. You will be responsible for supporting the VP of Sales by providing metrics, insights and strategies for driving effective results for our Enterprise advertising partners. Your curiosity will drive you to dig deeper into the data and be the authority for understanding what makes advertisers successful on our platform. You analyze various data sets and partner with the VP of Sales to ensure that Enterprise advertisers recognize the maximum value from their advertising spend and renew and increase budgets as happy long-term clients. You will be called upon as the subject matter expert to present your findings directly to clients and internal stakeholders. You take initiative to lead process improvement efforts, cross-team collaborations, team training, and customer escalations.
Work Location
This role is required to be in office 2-3 days a week

We’ll expect you to do things like these
- Onboard new advertisers onto our platform which includes:
- Leading and managing the onboarding process, including implementing and testing digital attribution.
- Conducting in-depth client value analysis.
- Understanding our clients differentiators and strengths and ensuring that these are reflected in their profile and communicated to the ad ops team.
- Project managing the onboarding and measurably minimizing time to launch new accounts.
- Schedule and lead performance review meetings with clients looping in internal subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed.
- Develop a deep understanding of each advertisers’ unique needs, differentiators, and KPIs including cost per admit, call volume and their ideal client profile.
- Review advertiser KPIs and research any anomalies leveraging reporting platforms including Google analytics, Tableau, CRM data, and call tracking metrics.
- Maintain and adjust advertiser profiles to optimize exposure across the site.
- Identify and present budget expansion opportunities to the VP of Sales and work as a team to develop strategies on expanding Enterprise advertiser budgets.
- Monitor data leveraging Tableau and other data tools to analyze website traffic to identify inefficiencies in an advertiser’s media mix, as well as opportunities for ad placement & profile optimizations.
- Attend, engage, and present at customer onsite meetings and industry conferences.
- Identify product opportunities and collaborate with the Product team to pitch new product features for consideration.

- Collaborate with our revenue operations, product and research teams to advocate for your advertising clients.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with necessary stakeholders (including outside vendors and partners, when needed) to optimize.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the team (including new team members in employee onboarding).
- Assist with developing documentation like playbooks, templates, training materials, and other team resources.
- Invest in your own learning and development in the domain of digital ad performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience in a similar role
- A high degree of proficiency in generating reports and interpreting data
- Experience developing and implementing successful paid digital marketing campaigns in a leadership role
- Experience utilizing Google or Excel and pivot tables to combine & analyze data from various sources
- Experience as a customer-facing representative comfortable engaging with executive level customers
- Having a natural curiosity that drives you to seek out a deeper understanding of questions that you encounter
What we think will improve your chances of success
- Previous experience working in a digital advertising agency managing advertiser accounts
- Previous experience working with large multi-tiered organizations
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving growth and meeting business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in building reports in Google analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Experience in the behavioral health space
- Experience or ability to learn and competently navigate platforms including our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Tableau, Excel, Asana and others
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Experience working with other Teams or Departments to define, monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the revenue team
- Experience maintaining and updating customer data in SalesForce, HubSpot, Copper or a similar CRM platform
- Possess a “figure it out” mentality and actively engage in finding creative solutions to obstacles that you encounter
- Completed Bachelor's degree preferred

Travel Expectations
- Twice a year for company gatherings
- Up to 20% for customer onsite meetings and industry conferences
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $70,000-80,000 plus on-target commission of $20,000 (uncapped), plus eligible benefits. Compensation may be adjusted based on tenure and experience.
Total Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 annual
Equity Options
In addition to your cash compensation, you will receive options to buy stock in Recovery.com at a set strike price. These options will vest on a four-year schedule and present an exciting opportunity to benefit from the upside of our company’s growth.
Quarterly Bonus
An additional 10% of base earnings is paid out quarterly when the company meets its revenue target.
Dane County Housing Stipend
We strongly value in-person work and collaboration, so for full-time employees residing in Dane County, we offer a housing stipend of $689/month in addition to your salary ($8,268/yr; half of the Fair Market Value of a 2BR apartment in Madison according to rentdata.org).
