Job Description

Role is responsible for building dedicated audience-specific plans for assigned segments to drive market share growth; supporting daily management, education and relationships with multicultural committees  

Primary Accountabilities:  

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to break down the overall business strategy into detailed audience-specific plans for assigned audiences.  
  • Provide strategic consulting to national and local marketing teams on audience growth opportunities and tactics.  
  • Manage relationships with the multicultural committees and owner / operators, preparing reports and insights for review.  
  • Lead training efforts for both national and local teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of audience-specific strategies.  
  • Analyze audience data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.  
  • Ensure consistency in audience strategy execution across markets and regions. 

Qualifications
  • BA / BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. 
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, audience strategy or business consulting  
  • Experience working / influencing franchisees and owner / operators  
  • Multicultural experience preferred 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect business strategy to audience insights.  
  • Experience working with national and local teams to educate / inform rationale behind audience strategies.  
  • Strong project management and communication skills.  
  • Ability to present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
