Job Description

  • Within the ServiceNow group, the implementation specialist is responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services in a client consulting environment.
  • Work with clients to provide technical expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, FSM, SPM, CSM, HR, Security, Asset Management (HAM/SAM), Platform/Integration, Portal/UI, GRC
  • Understand and utilize ServiceNow methodologies, collateral, and accelerators
  • Conduct gap analysis and assessments to identify the delta between current and desired ServiceNow environment
  • Design, build, test and implement ServiceNow solutions
  • Install and configure ServiceNow infrastructure environment
  • Assist with demonstrations of ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Participate in project team collaboration sessions with PM, Solution Architects and Process Consultants
  • Provide support for existing ServiceNow solutions and recommend opportunities for enhancements

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or directly related field
  • Minimum 4 Years' experience with designing, developing, testing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Minimum 4 Years of experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS or related application development
  • Two or more years of experience with custom application development on the ServiceNow platform
  • Advanced experience in multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, FSM, SPM, CSM, HR, Security, Asset Management (HAM/SAM), Platform/Integration, Portal/UI, GRC
  • Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and at least one other Certified Implementation Specialist designation.
  • Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs
  • LDAP Integration experience
  • A strong desire and commitment to grow ServiceNow skills and knowledge through formal training, mentorship and hands-on experience
  • Dedicated to staying current with major platform releases by ensuring all delta exams are completed in a timely manner
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
