About this role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic recruiting partner, who loves to be on the forefront of recruiting for the best and brightest. You will be responsible for partnering directly with hiring managers on our technical teams to understand their business needs, facilitate full lifecycle recruitment activities, and execute our hiring strategy for the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will be:
- Self-driven. You’ll drive the process from end-to-end with superior organisational skills and follow-through.
- Focused on data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse) and you’ll use that data to influence your stakeholders. You’ll also use this data to identify issues in the process and implement solutions.
- Obsessive about candidate experience. You know that speed and a good candidate experience win.
- Solution-driven. You have a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and are proactive about surfacing enhancements and driving towards a solution.
- Flexible, fearless, and excited to help build this mission-driven organisation.
What you'll be doing
- You’ll develop and implement recruiting strategies to provide a high-touch experience for every candidate from the sourcing and application stages through the offer. In between you’ll work with your hiring partners in evaluating skill levels, driving interview best practices, negotiating, and closing your candidates (the best part)!
- Establish stakeholder partnerships deeply rooted in trust. You’ll meet regularly with your hiring partners, even when they’re not hiring, to deepen that relationship. Your stakeholders will look to you as a partner and advisor.
- Our recruiters are thought partners to recruiting leadership and thought leaders to the recruiting team. We want you to leverage your knowledge, strengths, and expertise!
About your Skills
- Consulting: You are a talent advisor to the business. You leverage our tools to understand the talent landscape
- Influencing: You develop relationships with the hiring teams to help drive a robust and equatable recruitment process
- Coaching: You have strong coaching skills that allow you to actively listen and ask the kind of questions that will help you deliver in your role
What you’ll have
- 3+ years of experience recruiting on technical roles.
- Growth mentality and the willingness to learn.
- We’re looking for someone we can learn from, and who can learn from us.
- A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.

- Experience using data to tell a story and drive results. You’ll also always know where you stand with your own data and where you can lean in.
